Initial Consultation

We’ll discuss what brought you to career coaching, your goals, and how I can best assist you. We’ll also develop a plan for moving forward and decide what the next steps will be. Required for all new clients.

Interview Prep and Practice

In this package, we’ll work on helping you hone your interview skills in two, 60-minute appointments. We’ll work on developing your interview strategy in the first appointment and troubleshoot questions you find difficult to answer. You’ll practice answering interview questions in the second appointment and get feedback. You’ll receive worksheets for both appointments.

Create an Effective Networking & LinkedIn Strategy 

Not sure how to network?  Are you feeling overwhelmed about where to start?  Do you send connection requests on LinkedIn but don't get a response?  In two, 60-minute appointments, I'll help you create an effective networking strategy to build your network and show you how to use LinkedIn to stand out in your job search.  You'll receive worksheets for each appointment.

Resume Rebrand

Ready to write or significantly revise your resume? In two, 60-minute appointments we’ll turn your lengthy document into an accomplishments-focused, easily skimmable resume that will help you land job interviews. You’ll also receive worksheets with this package.

LinkedIn Profile and Resume Rebrand

This package will help you write or revise your resume and LinkedIn profile to make sure they’re aligned with the industries and jobs you want. You’ll receive two, 60-minute appointments and a 13-page workbook.

Individual Coaching Post Program Extender

Did you finish an individual coaching program and want to continue to work with me on a limited basis? This 60-minute appointment will give you the extra time you need!

If you’re ready to launch your job search, this is for you. You’ll receive a 27-page workbook with worksheets for each appointment. We’ll focus on:

• Clarifying your values, interests and how they relate to your new career
• Telling a future-focused story
  
• Revising your LinkedIn profile to ensure it aligns with your new chosen industries as well as learning strategies for boosting your profile views
  
• Revising your resume to reflect achievements and ensure it’s industry-focused
  

At the end of this program, you will

•  Tell your pivot story to recruiters, hiring managers, and other allies

Career Explorers Program

If you’re ready to leave your current job, but you’re not sure what you want to do next, this is the program you need. You’ll receive a 38-page workbook with worksheets for each appointment. We’ll focus on:

• Identifying your values and interests
  
• Researching careers to identify the ones that best align with your values, interests, and experience
  
• Creating a strategy for informational interviews
  
• Telling a future-focused story
  
• Creating a LinkedIn profile that reflects your values and skills as well as learning strategies for attracting the right profile views
  
• Writing an industry-focused resume that reflects your achievements
  

At the end of this program, you will
